摘要:
延長測試作業已成為海上油田獲取產能參數、準確評價油氣藏的重要手段。由于延長測試作業周期長且會遭遇惡劣海況,隔水導管穩定性是保證作業安全的關鍵因素。針對惡劣海況下隔水導管穩定性問題,從延長測試井井身結構特點入手, 分析了延長測試過程中隔水導管受力特點,建立了隔水導管力學模型,得到在極限載荷條件下最大等效應力出現在水面附件, 此位置的隔水導管是延長測試作業管柱危險點。結合東海海況條件和該井地質條件,設計了延長測試井隔水導管幾何參數,利用有限元模擬軟件ANSYS 建立了延長測試過程隔水導管力學模型,并對模型施加環境載荷及約束,計算了導管力學特性,與現場測量值進行對比驗證了所建立模型的可靠性。
Abstract:
With the efficient development of offshore oil and gas, the extended well testing has become an important means to obtain production capacity parameters and evaluate oil and gas reservoirs accurately. The extended well testing has long operation cycle and it may undergo the harsh sea conditions, so the stability of riser is a key factor to ensure the operation safety. To study the stability of riser under the harsh sea conditions, we analyzed the stress characteristics of the riser in the process of the extended well testing with the casing program characteristics of the extended well testing well as the beginning point. Then, the mechanical model of the riser was established. It is revealed that the maximum equivalent stress under the extreme load occurs near the water surface, where the riser is the dangerous point of the extended well testing string. Finally, based on the sea conditions in the East China Sea and the geological conditions of the well, the geometric parameters of the riser in the extended well testing well were designed and the mechanical model for the riser in the process of extended well testing was established by using the finite element simulation software ANSYS. In addition, the mechanical characteristics of the riser were calculated by applying the environmental loads and constraints to the model, and then compared with the on-site measurement to verify the reliability of the new model.
